General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Medspa Laboratories and any individual or legal entity wishing to benefit from services offered on the website www.medspa.fr.
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services offered

Medspa Laboratories offers aesthetic and medical-aesthetic care services (consultations, treatments, facial and body care, etc.), detailed on the website.
The descriptions, prices and specific conditions of each service are indicated online.

3. Prices and payment terms

Prices are quoted in euros including VAT and are subject to change at any time. The applicable rate is the one in effect on the day of booking.

The accepted payment methods are:

Payment is due upon ordering or completion of the service, unless otherwise specified.

4. Gift vouchers and promotional offers

Gift vouchers are valid for a period specified at the time of purchase. They are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Promotions and special offers are valid only during the period indicated and subject to availability.

5. Responsibility

Medspa Laboratories is committed to providing its services in accordance with applicable best practices and safety standards.
The Client is required to inform the Provider of any medical contraindication, allergy or ongoing treatment.
Medspa Laboratories cannot be held responsible in the event of concealment or willful omission of information by the Client.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the validation of their online order (excluding appointments already made or personalized services), to exercise their right of withdrawal.
All requests must be submitted in writing to: contact@medspa.fr.

7. Protection of personal data

Medspa Laboratories is committed to complying with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data (GDPR).
The information collected is used solely for appointment management and customer relations.
The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to contact@medspa.fr.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Medspa Laboratories and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Medspa Laboratories' registered office.
