Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best customer experience, regardless of where you live. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers worldwide, allowing us to provide you with the best service at all times.

Free worldwide delivery on orders over 60 euros.

Processing time: All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery: Within 10 to 15 days.

In the event of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. However, we assure you that your order will be processed promptly whenever time permits.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@medspa.fr within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.

Order tracking:

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment email confirming your order details. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your order number, carrier information, the date and time of the order, the order status, and the tracking numbers for the shipped items.

Please note that international shipping services vary from country to country. To see the exact services available, please provide your full address during checkout.

International shipping means you may be required to pay customs and import duties. All international customers are responsible for any customs fees in their own country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal at Medspa Lab? Your complete satisfaction.

You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and arrange a return or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete, undamaged, and in perfect condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product whose seal has been removed, whose packaging has been opened, or which shows signs of use cannot be returned.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us directly at contact@medspa.fr . We will then provide you with the necessary instructions. Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returned packages remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by our services. No refund will be issued before the package has been received and verified. We recommend sending your return via tracked or registered mail and keeping proof of postage.

We will inform you within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the package to confirm the processing of the return.

Damages and questions

To avoid any inconvenience, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
