Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our products are tested on sensitive skin and formulated to minimize the risk of reactions. We prioritize gentle active ingredients and controlled concentrations.

Do your products contain perfume?

No. Our products contain no added perfume to ensure optimal tolerance, including for sensitive or reactive skin.

What role does biotechnology play in your healthcare?

Biotechnology involves using advanced scientific processes to obtain highly pure, stable, highly effective and more environmentally friendly active ingredients.
At Medspa Laboratories, this technology allows for the extraction or reproduction of essential molecules—such as NAD+ , chitosan , or certain peptides —in order to optimize their performance and affinity with the skin. These biotechnological active ingredients offer targeted, deep, and perfectly tolerated action.

Can I use your products during pregnancy?

Most of our products are suitable for pregnant women, but some active ingredients (e.g., vitamin A/retinoids) should be avoided. We advise you to consult your doctor or midwife.

How long can I keep my product after opening?

The shelf life of each product after opening is indicated on each package (jar/bottle/tube, etc.) by an "open jar" pictogram. The number in the pictogram corresponds to the number of months of use after opening. (e.g., 18M = 18 months)

How long can I keep my product before opening?

Stored away from light and heat, unopened products can be kept for up to 2 years.

How do I choose the right products for my skin?

Each product has an "Indications" section. You can also contact us via the contact form for a personalized diagnosis.

Can I combine several Medspa Laboratories treatments?

Yes. Our formulas are designed to work synergistically. The ranges can be combined according to your needs (radiance, repair, firmness, purification, etc.).

Are your masks suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, in particular the R6 – Soothing Chitosan Mask and the R0 – Repairing Spray, formulated for weakened, overheated or sensitive skin.

From what age can your products be used?

Most of the products are suitable for adults 18+. However, R0 is suitable for the whole family from 3 years old.

Do your products cause irritation?

Our products are formulated to be very well tolerated. In case of an unusual reaction, we recommend discontinuing use and contacting our team.

Can I use your products after a cosmetic procedure?

Yes, some products like R0 or R6 are suitable for post-procedure use.
Always check with your doctor depending on the procedure performed.

Orders & Delivery

How can I take advantage of free delivery?

Standard delivery is free in France for all orders over €60. For other countries, delivery charges apply.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends). Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days depending on the destination.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

How can I track my delivery? Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your package has been shipped and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track your package on the carrier's website.

Do you offer returns?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For any questions, please contact our customer service department at serviceclients@medspa.fr . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We invite you to send us a photo of the package and the product in question for a replacement.

How can I get an invoice?

Your order invoice will be automatically sent to you by email once your order has been placed.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what can I do?

If your payment has been successful and you do not receive a confirmation email after 20 minutes, please contact us at the following email address: serviceclients@medspa.fr

You can access or modify your personal data at any time in your personal space on the Medspa Laboratories website.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can reset your password at any time by going to the My Account tab and clicking on "Forgot your password?". Once you have done this, you will receive an email allowing you to change it.
